I must say he was VERY helpfull & professional. He was able to get my fairing warranted with harley and upgrade it (at a cost to me) to painted which was a big plus to me! The experiences I have had over the years with your company have been great. I have done business with matt in service for some time and he has ALWAYS been very helpful. My recent experiences with Jesse in service have been great and if I may add that vicki and justin in parts have always been helpful and KNOW there parts! "I first went into the dealership thinking that there was no way in the world I was walking out with a new bike due to my past credit problems and such, I was honest with Mike and he was honest with me and let me tell you this was by far the greatest sales experience i have ever been involved in. Once mike got all the paper work filled out he was off to clean my bike, while the finance guys came out every few minutes to let me know exactly what was going on with the application. Everyone was super nice and so knowledgeable about the products and service, I wouldn't go to another dealership in town for any reason."

"I just wanted to relate my experience that I had in your store today. Me and my wife came in needing some screws for the clutch cable housing that one had come loose and fallen out on my ride up to the city and the other one was loose and about to fall out. We spoke to a young man, I believe was named Brent in parts. He was very friendly and seemed happy to help us. He found my parts and rang me up. Then what happened shocked both me and my wife. He asked if the bike was with us and I informed him that it was, he asked if I might need anything or help fixing my bike. I told him That I did not have the torx tool. He found one and offered his help and borrowed some screw tight and put it on for me and had me and my wife ready to go this was well after his time to leave for the day as I overheard someone say as to why he was still there. He took the time to help me and has made me a customer for however many HD and Years I have left. I love your store keep up the great work."

I am sending this to you to let you know that my husband and I recently visited your store and the level of service provided to us by your staff is second to none. We were helped a few weeks ago in parts by an employee named Kevin and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. We then had to come back this past Saturday and when we walked in Kevin recognized us from several weeks previous! I was shocked and so impressed that he remembered my husband and I. It was wonderful! When we were there on Saturday we had to bring my husband's bike in for service. I must tell you that your service employee Jeremiah is excellent! He was so courteous and even remembered my husband's name and made sure that he called him by his name making us feel even more at home. Jeremiah and another service employee, who I unfortunately did not get his name, helped my husband get his bike off the trailer and bring it into your shop. They were so careful with my husband's bike, they treated it like it was worth a million dollars! We were then given a tour of the whole service department by Jeremiah. I am so very impressed by all of your staff that we have encountered, especially Kevin and Jeremiah. We live in Edmond and I am sure that we will always make the drive to Moore to have both of our Harley's worked on and purchase our parts from the amazing employees at your store! Thank you so much!!

The icing on the cake came today after owning my Sreamin' Eagle Road Glide for several months now. At the end of October, before I purchase my bike, I was visiting your dealership and I had a new full face helmet that I had purchased on a trip this past summer. The helmet was coming apart so I went to the motor clothes department & talked w/ Jennifer. I think she's over that department. I explained the situation. Told her I bought it on a trip, etc. She offered to order the parts at n/c and will call me when they arrive. Just this past week, Jennifer called to let me know all parts were there. I went in today and she got out her hardware and fixed my helmet. I got to tell you, management cannot train an employee to do that. They must have the passion for the customer. It was my first time so I asked where I could get a t-shirt. They directed me to Lorraine, She took me right over to what she called "The Towers of Signature t-shirts". I was happy to see so many to choose from. I got one and checked out. " When I bought my '07 Wide glide back when you guys were up the street a bit it was like joining a new family. Since you moved down the street it's even better. The V.I.P. plan is a great deal I've got my moneys worth, and then some. The guys in sevrice have always got my bike out the same day.
The parts Dept. is always spot on. they are always professional, and I've never got anything from them that wasn't right. Contrary to popular belief the HD parts I've bought weren't that expensive.
The Motor Clothes girls bend over backward to be helpful, but have never been pushy. They even hooked me up with a rewards card, Now I get points every time I buy something(way cool).

"Well HATS off to your service crew especially Seth Loman,this kid is top notch,I had come in for warranty work front Tire replacement come to find out 4 hrs later that the Front rim was warp.After having lunch that seth had purchased for me for being there so long and making me feel relax about the whole experience(thinking that I would have to shell out the money)Seth had spoken to the service Manager(a very kool person in his self)and any way all will be taken care of by Harley(warranty) not to worry said Seth.This kid is very much a true PROFESSIONAL and very much LOVES his job which is quite rare in todays society.I will be calling Harley customer Service and tell them of this experience with the dealership and Seth Loman.And when my new rim arrives in a week or so I hope that i can continue with a second part to this experience.

"Bike wouldn't maintain oil pressure, took to Fort Thunder service department on Saturday morning thinking it was something simple to fix, Jesse got my bike right in and called me later saying the cam bearings were shot and I was thinking my bike would be down until at least Monday evening. Late saturday afternoon Jesse called and said my bike was ready to ride, he showed me the old parts and explained in detail what had happened. With the extended warranty and the dealers loyalty card I payed less than $13.00 for the repairs(it does pay to shop at Fort Thunder), I am confident that no other HD dealer in the OKC area could have got my bike in and fixed in one day and give the service that was given by Fort Thunder. GREAT JOB TO JESSE AND THE MECHANIC(S) INVOLVED."

"I own a 06 V-Rod and was the unfortunate recipient of the almost unheard of problem of engine failure. When I got to your dealership the service guys ( Matt and Jermiah) immediately took the bike back to Jason who quickly determined that the engine was seriously sick ( no compression). Two days later Jerimah called with the diagnosis and a schedule of repair. Less than two weeks later he called back to say that the bike was repaired and the cost was per the estimate.
These guys are the best I've dealt with. Matter of fact, everone in service is. They are professional, courteous and thorough.

I was told the crew back in the Service Department "teamed up" and got it done by 4pm the very next day. Your service department is awesome!! Even better was the sales staff. I signed up for a Breast Cancer fundraiser that was sponsored by HD and I needed to get a drivers license, I knew nothing about riding mototcycles and had nothing but I was on a mission and an adventure of a lifetime. When I walked into Fort Thunder Harley Davidson, I know I had a deer in the headlights look, the owner and the girls took me under their wing and helped me way beyond what was their jobs. Not only did they direct me to a riders saftey course, they assisted me with all the equipment I needed for my trip. "While riding through Moore on our was to Sioux City Iowa we discovered my newly installed tire from a shop in Texas was rubbing the inside of my fender which was cutting the sidewall. After talking with your service guys they discovered that it had also cut my turn signal wires. There was nearly a 2 week wait for service. You guys managed to squeeze us in fix all the problems and keep us as comfortable as possible while stranded. Just wanted to thanks the service guys and apparel people for letting us wonder around while stranded. They did great."

I’d like you to know how I appreciated the hospitality and service I received on September 07, 2008, Jesse is the name of the person that I dealt with that day. I am not sure what position he holds (I do not see him listed on your web site) but he has made an incredible impression on us and you I’m sure are grateful to have an employee of his caliper representing you and your dealership.
My wife and I were returning from NY to our home in Arizona when we discovered the badly damaged rear rim on my FLHTCUI, a call was made to your dealership and Jesse took things from there. He was not only knowledgeable of what parts were needed, he handled everything in a most professional way, he gave assurance that the repair would be done and it would completed that day. He is a most pleasant person to speak with, and his pleasant way and professional way of dealing with our unfortunate break down made me feel so calm and comfortable that it seemed as though this breakdown was a just a distant memory. Truth is having a rear tire and rim fail the way mine did will be long remembered, the thought of what could really have happened is not easy to forget, but Jesse mad it all go away that day.
He kept his word and the bike was repaired and we were on our way, his follow-up phone call to ask if we were satisfied with the service received put me at a loss for words, how can I ever express how I feel about the awesome service and pleasant time spent at your dealership. I know that I will never pass through Oklahoma City again without stopping in for a visit, thank you for the hospitality and service, Fort Thunder H-D is another wonderful memory to our road trip across the US.

"On 19 May 2008, I was riding through OKC and was on I-44 in order to by-pass your fair city as I was on my way to pick-up 66 towards the Tulsa area. You see,I left the Denver area via the Texas panhandle to see some of Route 66 that I had not seen in your part of the country. I've been all over the west and 66 out there, but I wanted to ride the route through Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas.
I left Colorado on the 17th of May 08 and proceeded to Dalhart,Tx, then on to Elk City that weekend. I left Elk City and made it to OKC when the throttle cable snapped while passing thru.
Well it was about noon, the temp and humidity was rising and I was able to pull over on I-44. I fiddled with the controls and yup-cable is FUBAR. So I had called AAA out of Colorado, who dispatched a tow truck to my location. It was a bad day, I was annoyed, had a headache, and since I am a 20 % disabled veteran that can't hear too well(hearing aids don't work well in the wind)-I was a little agitated. The tow vehicle arrives,and I see the driver in the cab and a guy appears from nowwhere. Well this guy turns out to be the ownder for FT HD, Robert Dodson. I asked him what was he doing out there and he said " I was driving by and it looked like you needed help". I said to myself, the Big Cheese (God) is watching out for me because what are the odds of this shyte happening ? Plus, I don't think Robert was trolling the interstate around OKC for broken down scoots to boost revenues.
To make a long story short, I asked him once I got Charlene, my 99' Road King, to the dealership if he could expedite the service if possible. He made a call, got the scoot towed down the road and I was out of there by 1700 hours(5 pm) that day. Robert's wife, the service staff, and other folks were friendly and got me on my way. By the way, the repair bill for the R/R of the cable was under $95.00. All those events made my day considering I could of been in a rural area, could have had my bike a settin for a while, and spent more money elsewhere.
Although it was kind of shytty day, it ended up good in the big scheme of things. Thanks to all at FT HD and if I wished your dealership was in the Denver area because I would recommend it.
Once again, thanks to all and I made it back to Colorado with a scoot that had better acceleration than before.

"Best in Oklahoma!!!What an awesome service department you have! Last saturday (Nov 11th) I had just completed riding in the "Veterans day" parade downtown and was heading out on a long ride with my friends for the remainder of the day. I ride an Electra Glide. As I began the cruise I noticed my left speaker went out. No big deal but since it was under warrenty and I was very close to that "other Harley Dealership" I rolled in to the service department and asked if they could help me swap out the speaker and get me on the road again. The service manager gave me "eleventeen" reasons why he could not help, and not one reason why he could. At that point I called your dealership. I spoke with "Niki" in service. I explained my situation and she said "bring the bike over and we'll get you fixed up and out of here as quick as we can". (Now that's service) I was extremely happy. True to form I was in/out and back on the road very quickly. As usual I ended up buying a piece of chrome while waiting (standard ops). A win win situation for all. As an added note...there have been 3 other occasions where the "other dealership" couldn't help me when I was in a pinch, however, Brad and Niki never even hesitated to offer assistance. Your Service Department is first rate in my book. My thanks that day goes to Niki. Keep up the great work!

I have been a customer in your store several times now. I have also had my bike in your shop several times. I am writing to thank you for your superior customer service every time that I have done business with you. I am a teacher, and we don't get much respect or paid that much. One thing that I have noticed is that your dealership doesn't overcharge or abuse the customers, and your are always friendly and courteous. I am extremely appreciative of your shop. This week, my bike started acting up on me. I was left stranded 5 times in the 100 degree heat and rather than telling me just to call a tow service, your service department manager, Brad Wardlaw, sent your trailer to pick up my bike that same day. Then, when the problem turned out to only be loose battry cables,I wasn't charged anything. This is not the first time your dealership has gone above and beyond the call of duty, though it is the first time it hasn't cost me anything other than feeling a bit embarrassed. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past, and have experienced nothing but high prices and cold interactions. They do not embody the Harley spirit. You and your dealership do. I am planning on buying another bike when my finances will ever allow, and I am definitely buying it from you. I am forwarding this on to Harley-Davidson customer service as well. They should know what a great dealership they have in Bryan Harley-Davidson here in Oklahoma.

Thank you for your attention to Harley Riders from out of town. On Friday May 26 2006 left Minneapolis for the Iron Butt Run, 1500 miles in 24 hours. Made it to your area in 11 hours. My nighttrain developed a few problems (electrical). I called Hog road side and was towed after 1 hour and twenty mins. The driver was a biker and highly suggested your store. After the over night, I called your shop and was picked up. Your service manager got his tect's working as soon as I got there, dam good service, (replaced the regulator) clean the bike and had me on the road. I would like to thank you and your employee's for their great attitude and going out of their way to help. I did make it back to Minneapolis in 11 hours, so I did make the run in 22 hours, I enjoyed the ride, but got to meet some true Harley Riders, Thanks again Frank Anderson
