Matt Baker & Brad Wardlaw - Managers Servicing the greatest motorcycle on the planet you would expect to have a team of very reliable and experienced motorcycle technicians. Here at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson we have that team. Our Service Managers have over 20+ years of service, parts and everything in-between. Our Service Managers and their professional Technicians know your Harley-Davidson® bike inside and out. The Service Team consists of 3 service writers and 12 factory trained technicians with over 40 years of technical experience. The Experience includes: Warranty Procedure Certification, H-D Early & Late Model Programs, H-D Performance & Engine Rebuild Programs, Master & Expert Technician Programs, Dynojet Operation Training, and V-Rod & Buell Programs. The Service Department is over 14,000 sq ft which is currently setup for 12 service bays, but is expandable to 15 service bays when needed. The department also includes a State of the Art Dyno that will allow access to trikes. As an added feature, a full size wash bay was installed to clean every customer's bike after they receive their service. As you can see, your motorcycle is in excellent and experienced hands while being serviced and / or upgraded at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson. |
