Since 1986, Bryan Harley-Davidson has been the cornerstone of the Oklahoma City metro area riding community. 2004 brought about a lot of positive changes to our dealership and we are proud to have a new owner & general manager, Robert Dodson, at the helm. Robert has been involved in many riding communities across the country, and has managed three Top 100 Dealerships along the way. Robert and his team are dedicated to expanding the Harley-Davidson experience through local community involvement, unique fun events, and personal, friendly service.
In May of 2004, we were able to expand our Parts & Accessory and our MotorClothes® Merchandise departments to give our customers a new and exciting experience to the Bar & Shield brand. This expansion allowed us the time to research, along with our customers, their specific needs, thus creating a more positive buying experience.
At Bryan's, our goal in 2006 was to make your riding experience easy, fun and safe. Our mission was to constantly communicate with you and our employees to make sure we have exceeded everyone's expectations. As we entered into 2008, many great changes were on the horizon. The Dealership name Bryan Harley-Davidson was changed to FORT THUNDER HARLEY-DAVIDSON. Although the name changed, nothing else would change from our current outlook on customer service and performance. We still maintained the same great friendly staff and we were still located at the same location for the time being. The new dealership was under construction and we were getting very excited about a new store opening in the very near future.
At the beginning of September 2008, The NEW Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson dealership opended and became fully operational! With a great new look, larger showroom, service and sales areas, this awesome "Fort like" facility quickly became the absolute 100% pure Harley-Davidson heaven of Oklahoma. Anything and everything that you could ever want in a Harley-Davidson dealership is at Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson.
It was early 2009 when The Fort struck GOLD as it was announced that Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson was the recipient of the 2008 Model Year Circle of Excellence Gold Bar & Shield Award. Fort Thunder was recognized by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company based upon an evaluation of their customer service & satisfaction, motorcycle and related product sales, skilled and knowledgeable staff, facilities and other operational measures. Over 700 dealerships were rated by Harley-Davidson using a predetermined set of criteria. Only the TOP 25 Dealers in the nation who excel in Customer Service, Facilites, Operation and Performance were presented the 2008 Model Year Circle of Excellence Gold Bar & Shield Award. Not only have our loyal and satisfied customers found that Fort Thunder H-D is a step above the rest, the Motor Company itself recognizes that Fort Thunder Harley-Davidson is the best darn Dealership in the State.
